You have arrived here at my website as a result of either:

• You found me on one of those great search engines
• We met at a business networking event
• You found my business card in your pocket, wallet, desk drawer or on the floor of your car and thought "Who is he?"
• You have been referred to me by a friend, colleague or business associate

So, why are you here?

It is because you have decided that you would like to change something now, about yourself, your colleague, your staff, your partner or your business or all 5!. Or is it because you have heard about what I do at  The Complete Training Company and you want to find out how I can help you.

You may have noticed the site is a bit sparse, and that is how I like it. I don't want you to spend hours trawling through pages of information about the company, a trainer biography, the range of courses, past clients and testimonials about how good it was working with them. I would rather that you find out for yourself by talking to or meeting with me and having an informal chat about how I can help you to meet your goals that you currently have or will set when working with me.

I don't deliver stuffy workshops full of theory, models, role play and large training manuals, I prefer to work with you to produce a training workshop or programme or personal coaching that is designed specifically to meet your needs. All of this will be delivered with flair and creativity that encourages interaction between myself and the learners and between the learners themselves.

As you can see money is not spent on fancy websites, literature, brochures and course manuals and freebies. The money is invested in spending our time delivering a workshop or programme that will fully meet your own and your business needs.
