What is my approach?

I believe that all learning and development should be fun, engaging and memorable. I guess we can all remember what it was like when we were young when learning involved exploring, creating and sometimes wide eyed wonderment. It is those feelings and emotions that I want you and your staff to experience on my workshops

How do I achieve that?

I give you a range of choices, I will work with you and your team to design a workshop, training or coaching programme that meets your own particular needs. As I want to ensure whatever I design is right for you, I can deliver the workshops or programmes as:

• 1 hour long
• 1/2 day long
• 1 day long
• 1 week long
• 1 month long
• 1 year long

The most important thing to me is that I deliver a solution that meets you own particular needs at a price you can afford

Or if you prefer I can deliver one of our standard off the shelf training workshops, again the choice is yours on how you want it delivered, the duration and where you would like it to take place.

What areas do I cover?

A whole range from sales to customer service, presentation skills to personal effectiveness, team leading to inspirational leadership or turning your complete workforce into a sales force.

How about a taster session?

I am sure that you will like what I can do for you, so I am offering to deliver a 1 - 2 hour taster seminar at your premises on a topic of your choice so that you can try before you buy and see if I am the right fit for you or your business. All I ask from you is to cover my travel expenses and to spend some time with me after the seminar to discuss how I can work with you. I will cover the cost of my time and any material used for the delivery of the session.
