Coaching for success

For some people training is not the answer, they are looking for something that will work directly for them and deal with their own specific and personal issues.

The Complete Training Company offers, business, personal and performance coaching sessions that help individuals achieve the goals they want.

How does coaching work?

We always start our coaching programmes with what we call an "Intake session" this is a 45 minute consultation between a coach and the client where we find out what is it they want to achieve, is it feasible to achieve and does the coach and the client feel that they can work together.

After this initial "Intake session" a programme of coaching is drawn up which will normally consist of 6 x 1hour sessions to start with. During these sessions the coach and client will work together to an action plan that will ensure the client achieves their goal.

What coaching is available?

Business Coaching

This is suitable if you need to set some directions and goals for your business

Team Coaching

This is suitable if you have a team or department that as a whole need to be coached to help them to achieve the team goal

Performance Coaching

this is for individuals either at work or at home who would like to improve how they perform and to work out what it is they really want to achieve.
